ARTICLES, LETTERS, TEXT ITEMS: All text items should be submitted via email using the online submission form (articles, letters, etc.).

PHOTOS: Spectrum Community News also accepts photos from registered users using the file submission form for photos.  Submitted items must be the original work of the submitter or properly attributed to its source.   Photos can also be sent via email to photos-at-spectrumcommunitynews.com (placing the -at- with @).

It is the sole decision of Spectrum Community News as to whether to publish any items submitted.  Decisions of Spectrum Community News are final.   Registration at the site and submission of any materials to Spectrum Community News signifies acceptance of the above and the site's terms of service.
